Steve Dunning has a strong background in software development and web development. Steve started their career as a Programmer/Analyst at May Department Stores in 1991 and eventually became a Project Leader. In 2000, they joined A.G. Edwards & Sons, Inc. as a Team Leader. In 2004, they became a Sr. Application Engineer at AG Edwards, where they worked with Java and Tibco to support a high volume transaction system. Steve then transitioned to a Consultant role at Harpoon Technologies from 2005 to 2008. From 2008 to 2013, they worked as a Web Services Developer at TEKsystems. Steve then joined Next-Gen-IT as a Senior Developer in 2013 and stayed until 2017. Steve's most recent role is as a Software Engineer at NJVC-LLC, where they have been since 2017. In 2018, they also took on the role of a Sr. Web Developer at Nevco Inc.

Steve Dunning has a Bachelor of Science degree in Management Information Systems from Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, which they obtained from 1989 to 1991. Steve further pursued their education from 1995 to 1998, earning a Master of Business Administration degree in Business Administration and Management, General from the same university.
