Sandra Rentas is an accomplished Business Development Advisor at the Nevada Small Business Development Center since September 2007, specializing in assisting small business owners and entrepreneurs with business management and growth. Additionally, Sandra serves as an Advisory Board Member for the Audacity Institute and is a certified instructor for NxLeveL Education, where hands-on business planning is emphasized. Previous experience includes roles as a Project Leader and Instructor at the Nevada Museum of Art, a Community Advisory Board Member at Renown Health, and a former Treasurer for the Nevada Interpreters and Translators Association. An educator at heart, Sandra taught Spanish in elementary schools and coordinated community outreach programs at the University of Nevada, Reno. Sandra holds a Master of Arts Degree in Economics from the University of Nevada, Reno, and a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Marketing from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Puerto Rico.
