Kaitlyn Schwantes is a seasoned business development professional currently serving as a Business Development Advisor for the Nevada Small Business Development Center since October 2022. Prior to this role, Kaitlyn held multiple positions at the Florida SBDC at UNF from August 2015 to September 2022, culminating as the Associate Director of Consulting and Student Programs, and including roles as Assistant Director - Jacksonville, Consultant, and Graduate Assistant. Additionally, Kaitlyn has experience as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of North Florida's Coggin College of Business in early 2022, a Procurement Specialist at the Florida Procurement Technical Assistance Center, and has earlier work experience as an Administrative Assistant and Summer Intern. Kaitlyn holds an M.B.A. in Management Applications and a B.A. in Psychology from the University of North Florida.
