Traci Baez currently serves as a Legal Secretary at Nevada Legal Services, a position held since July 2023, focused on providing equal access to justice for all Nevada residents. Prior experience includes roles as an Executive Assistant/Paralegal at the College of Southern Nevada's Office of General Counsel, and a Wellness Advocate with doTERRA. Traci has extensive experience in the legal field, having worked as a Paralegal at Mills & Anderson Law Group and as a Legal Assistant Paralegal at Christian A. Schwaner, P.C. Additional experience includes serving as a Court Appointed Special Advocate with Clark County Courts and as a Legal Assistant at Kamer Zucker Abbott. Traci's early roles include Parent Leader with the Boy Scouts of America and various positions within educational settings, showcasing a diverse background in advocacy and support. Traci holds an Associate of Arts in Psychology from the University of Phoenix and a Certificate in Business/Paralegal from Monterey Peninsula College.
