Steve Prosser is an experienced professional in municipal planning and maintenance management, currently serving as the Maintenance Division Manager at Nevada Irrigation District since November 2021. Prior to this role, Steve Prosser held various positions within city government, including Community Development Director for the City of Lincoln, CA from April 2019 to December 2021, and Community Development & Services Assistant Director in Marysville. Steve Prosser's tenure with the City of Lincoln also included positions as Planning Manager and Senior Planner from March 2015 to November 2018. Earlier in Steve Prosser's career, experience was gained as Planner II at Sacramento County and as Associate Planner for the City of Campbell from October 2004 to February 2014. Education was completed at San Jose State University.
