Sara Cory is an experienced Business Services Analyst at the Nevada County Superintendent of Schools since September 2016, with a background in Human Resources roles, including Human Resources Analyst and Technician, managing personnel functions for the Nevada County Office of Education. Prior to this, Sara served as Store Manager at Yuba Blue, Inc., overseeing retail operations while delivering exceptional customer service and staff training. Earlier experience includes roles as Office Assistant and Kennel Attendant at Happy Tails Kennel, where Sara managed reservations and trained new employees, and as Office Assistant at Cuesta College’s Student Life & Leadership Office, handling financial accounts and facilitating campus events. Sara holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Animal Science from California Polytechnic State University-San Luis Obispo, with concentrations in Business and Wildlife Conservation.
