Urs Tanner has extensive leadership experience, currently serving as a Member of the Supervisory Board at Neutrik Group since July 2015 and as the Founder and Owner of Halcyon Associates Switzerland GmbH since January 2015. Previously, Tanner held significant roles including Member and Chairperson of the Supervisory Board at Interroll Group from May 2008 to May 2022, and Member of the Supervisory Board at both Belimed and PLASTON. Tanner was a Partner at Halcyon Associates from January 2012 to 2015 and served as CEO and Board Member at Medela from January 1995 to July 2014. Earlier career highlights include serving as Chief Executive Officer at Mikron Tool from March 1983 to December 1994. Tanner holds an AMP from Harvard Business School (1999) and an EMBA from the University of St.Gallen (1991).
