Jim Jarman, MBA has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Starting in 1996, they worked as a Sales Manager at The Southwestern Company. In 2004, they held two positions, MBA Marketing Intern at Thermo King and Brand Marketing Consultant at the Carlson School of Management. From 2005 to 2011, they were Global Marketing Manager at Ecolab, where they managed a $100MM F&B portfolio for APAC & LatAm. Jim then moved to Land O'Lakes, Inc. in 2012, where they were a Senior Sales and Marketing Leader. In 2014, they became Vice President of Marketing, Americas at Nilfisk, and in 2017, they were Vice President of Strategic Channels at Organic Valley. Currently, they are Vice President of Product & Commercialization at Neutral.
Jim Jarman holds an MBA in Marketing from the University of Minnesota - Carlson School of Management, a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Auburn University, and has completed an Executive Development Program from the Wisconsin School of Business.
