Olivia Villa, M.S., BCBA, is a Board Certified Behavior Analyst with extensive experience working with individuals with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) and co-morbidities. Currently employed at NeuroRestorative since May 2024, Olivia previously served as Lead BCBA at Caravel Autism Health from November 2022 to April 2024, where participation on the Committee for Diversity, Inclusion, and Equality was noteworthy. Prior roles include Board Certified Behavior Analyst at Childrenā€™s Therapy Connection and Acorn Health, as well as Registered Behavioral Technician positions at Abacus Therapies and Acorn Health. Olivia's foundational experience includes an internship as a Mental Health Counselor at University Pavilion Hospital and a background in customer relations and team leadership roles at Enterprise Holdings and Disney Parks & Resorts. Olivia holds a Master of Science degree in Mental Health Counseling/Applied Behavioral Analysis from Nova Southeastern University and a Bachelor of Science degree in Psychology from Eastern Michigan University.
