Mr. Fred Greguras is on the company board of advisers and helps NeuroPrex with business and legal affairs. He is currently an international business attorney with the Inventus Law Firm in Palo Alto, California. His extensive transaction experience includes equity and debt financings, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and licensing. He has substantial experience representing companies with a market focus on or operations in China, Vietnam, India and USA in serving investors and businesses from those countries. Mr. Greguras worked as a Partner and Counsel with Fenwick & West, K&L Gates and the Royse Law Firms. He is a member of the State Bar of California and received his J.D. from the University of Nebraska College of Law. Greguras received his master’s in mathematics/computer science and his bachelor’s in Mathematics, both from the University of Nebraska. As a Marine Corps combat veteran, his passion is to work for more effective PTSD treatment for veterans, an unresolved healthcare issue in the military community.
