Dr. Farber has over 20 years experience in the biopharmaceutical industry in areas of research and product development. As President and CEO of Collgard Biopharmaceuticals, he raised $7 MM in a series A financing; completed a $40 MM corporate deal with a medical device company; initiated Phase 1 and 2 clinical trials in autoimmune and cancer programs; and signed development agreements with the NCI, EORTC, Mayo Clinic and the Walter Reed Army Hospital. Previously, Dr. Farber held senior corporate development positions at Biogen, Cubist Pharmaceuticals, and T Cell Sciences. Dr. Farber was a Helen Hay Whitney Research Fellow at Harvard University and received his PhD (Hammett Award) from Columbia University.
