Nohar Ben-David has a background in talent acquisition and recruitment. Nohar is currently working as a Talent Acquisition Recruiter at NeuReality since November 2022. Prior to that, they obtained significant experience in the Israeli Military Intelligence. Nohar served as a Technical Recruitment Officer in Unit 81 from August 2020 to November 2022. Nohar also held the position of Head of Course Commander, where they oversaw the KAPA Course and commanded over 10 instructors and more than 800 trainees. Nohar Ben-David worked as a Training Officer from April 2017 to August 2019 and as an Intelligence Commanders Course Instructor from August 2016 to April 2017.

Nohar Ben-David completed their Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management and Services at Bar-Ilan University from 2019 to 2021. Nohar is currently pursuing a Master's degree in Organization Development at the same university.
