Mercedes Prior is a seasoned professional in market access and pricing strategy, currently serving as General Manager for Iberia at Rhythm Pharmaceuticals Inc. since February 2023. Prior to this role, Mercedes held significant positions at Grifols as Senior Director of Global Market Access and International Market Access Director, overseeing the access and reimbursement strategies for the Bioscience division. At Almirall, Mercedes was Head of Global Market Access, leading international pricing and market access initiatives across multiple therapeutic areas. Previous experience includes consulting roles at IMS Health and Booz Allen Hamilton, where Mercedes developed expertise in health economics, market access, and business development. Education credentials include an MBA from Columbia Business School and a Bachelor’s degree in Economics from Universitat de Barcelona.
