Josefa Gonzalez Raya has over two decades of experience in procurement and project management, currently serving as the Global Purchasing Director at Neuraxpharm since February 2016. In this role, Josefa focuses on enhancing business value through improved spend and supplier relationship management across Europe, while also mentoring a team to advance the procurement function. Prior to Neuraxpharm, Josefa held positions as a Purchasing Manager at KH Lloreda, where the establishment of the purchasing department was a key achievement, and as a Project Manager at KLB-Group, successfully optimizing procurement processes for various clients. Josefa began their career in maintenance and procurement at Panreac, managing maintenance teams and supply sourcing. Academic credentials include an Engineer’s Degree in Chemistry from Universitat Autònoma de Barcelona and multiple management certifications from prestigious institutions, including IESE Business School and Esade.
