Jennifer H. has extensive experience in healthcare and customer service, currently serving as a Direct Care/Medication Tech at Spirit of Gheel, Inc. since May 2021. Previously, Jennifer worked as a Personal Care Aide/Med Tech during the 3rd shift at New Vitae Wellness and Recovery from April 2016 to June 2021, and held multiple roles including Driver/Direct Care Counselor/Med Tech at Success Rehabilitation from January 2019 to August 2019. Jennifer started a career in customer service at MARSHALLS LLC, working as a Customer Service Associate/Cashier from October 2006 to April 2016. Academic qualifications include a Master of Science in Health Administration with a focus in Clinical Care Management from Strayer University (2020-2023), a Certification in Firefighter 1 from Montgomery County Fire Academy (2021), and a Bachelor of Science in Health Administration Management with a concentration in Medical Coding & Billing from Berkeley College (2008-2012). Jennifer is a graduate of Colonia High School, class of 2008.
