Tim Degotschin is an experienced professional currently serving as the Coordinator for Customization, Small Series, and Quality at Georg Neumann GmbH since January 2021. Prior to this role, Tim held various positions at Sennheiser, including Project Coordinator, where responsibilities involved the planning of customer projects and the introduction and optimization of small series production, as well as creating prototypes. Tim's experience also encompasses a role as a Strategic Buyer, focusing on the global procurement of mechanical components, and as a Production Planner. Educational qualifications include a 2nd Party Auditor certification from Vorest AG in 2015, a degree as a Staatlich geprüfter Techniker in Construction Technology from BBS ME (2003-2007), and an IHK certified trainer qualification from IHK Akademie Schwaben in 2005.
