Isabelle Welton is an accomplished leader with extensive experience in corporate governance and marketing, currently serving as Chairman and Member of the Board at NZZ Neue Zürcher Zeitung and as Owner of Rubidia GmbH since 2013 and 2018, respectively. Welton holds multiple board positions, including roles at Siegfried Holding AG, the Schweizerisches Institut für Auslandforschung, and Swisscontact worldwide, where Isabelle also serves as Vice President of the Board of Trustees. Prior to these roles, Welton had a distinguished tenure at Zurich Insurance Company Ltd as Chief Marketing, Communications & Culture Officer and Chief Human Resources Officer, along with earlier leadership positions at IBM. Welton earned a law degree from the University of Zurich and continues to enhance professional skills through executive education at Harvard Business School.
