Puneet Singh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the technology sector, particularly in startups and investment. Currently serving as a Seed Investor since 2012, Puneet has successfully acquired several companies including Netsil, CloudKnox, and Helpshift. Active involvement in Signal-Wire began in 2019, while previous roles include CxO at Simpl from 2020 to 2025, focusing on Pay Later product development, and Seed Investor for CloudKnox Security until its acquisition by Microsoft. Puneet co-founded Workspot, Inc. in 2012 and served as CTO until 2018. Previous positions include Entrepreneur-in-Residence at Redpoint Ventures and significant contributions at VMware, leading the VDI product line and engaging in pioneering cloud and virtualization technologies. Puneet holds a Master of Science in Computer Science from the University of Florida and a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering from Punjab Engineering College.
