Viorel Popescu has extensive experience in the field of computer engineering and services, serving as a Service Engineer at Network Security Systems Plus and System Plus SRL since November 1998, where responsibilities include servicing compatible PC computers and printers. Previous roles include positions as a Service Engineer at AGER, a System Engineer at I.D. SOFTWARE SYSTEMS LIMITED, and a Computer Programmer at both Romanian Data Software and Farm Credit Bank of Texas. Education includes a Master of Science in Computer from Facultatea Automatica IPB and a Bachelor's degree in Mathematics-Physics from Liceul Dimitrie Cantemir, with ongoing studies as a PhD candidate at the University POLITEHNICA of Bucharest.
