Tenny Pious has been working in the tech industry since 2013. Tenny began their career as a Linux System Administrator at Quintet Solutions Pvt Ltd, where they were responsible for installation and hardening of Cpanel servers and monitoring servers via Nagios and manually. In 2015, they moved to Admod Technologies Pvt Ltd as a Systems Engineer. In 2017, they joined MobME Wireless Solutions Limited as a DevOps Engineer. In 2018, they joined Paytm as a TechOps and Senior Linux System Administrator. Currently, they are working as an SRE Lead-DevOps and Site Reliability Engineer at Redux.

Tenny Pious attended Toc-H Public School from 1995 to 2005, where they obtained an AISSCE in Science. Tenny then attended Cochin University of Science and Technology from 2007 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Information Technology. In 2016, they also obtained a Duolingo Spanish Fluency: Beginner (Estimated) certification from Duolingo.
