Wayne Norbury BEng (Hons), PGDip, EngTech MPWI is an experienced project manager specializing in infrastructure improvement within the railway sector, currently holding the position of Project Manager for Wessex Outer at Network Rail. Previously, Wayne held various roles including Section Manager for Rail Testing and Lubrication and Asset Engineer for Renewals and Enhancements on track secondment. Prior to these managerial positions, Wayne worked as a Track Section Supervisor and in multiple operational roles such as Trackman and Leading Trackman. Wayne's academic background includes a Bachelor of Engineering in Railway Engineering from Sheffield Hallam University and ongoing studies at the University of Portsmouth.
