Steve Cannon is an experienced civil engineer with a diverse background in project management and site supervision. Currently serving as the Lead Portfolio Manager at Network Rail since September 2019, Cannon oversees a £150 million work bank focused on structural renewals across the Eastern route. Previous roles include Scheme Project Manager at Network Rail and various positions in site engineering and management with organizations such as Humberside Fire & Rescue Service, Lend Lease, and Balfour Beatty Construction. With a solid educational foundation in civil engineering from Leeds Beckett University and Selby College, Cannon possesses extensive expertise in managing complex projects, health and safety procedures, and collaboration with clients and subcontractors.
