Lucy Cashin has extensive experience in fraud investigation, diversity and inclusion, and data analysis, currently serving as the Counter Fraud & Investigations Lead Investigator at Network Rail since August 2014. During tenure, Lucy has undertaken roles such as EDI Project Manager, focusing on transformation initiatives, and Diversity and Inclusion Manager, where efforts were aimed at shaping reasonable adjustments. Prior to Network Rail, Lucy held positions at Dixons Retail as Lead Forensic Technology Investigator and Group Loss Prevention Data Mining Transaction Analyst, as well as in analytics and support roles at Mothercare, Comet, Dupont, and Amersham Health. Lucy holds a Bachelor of Arts in Software Systems for the Arts and Media from the University of Hertfordshire and multiple professional certifications in programming and investigative practices.
