Currently serving as Managing Director at Sandra Jones and Company since January 2015, Durant specializes in mergers and acquisitions, strategic planning, and organizational restructuring. In addition, Durant operates Durant Business Advisors, providing consultancy in various areas including financial restructuring and market expansion. With a history of leadership roles, including CEO of Sequel Technologies and President of GE Security & Life Safety Group, Durant has also held multiple board positions across several companies, including Network Optix, CINCHâ„¢ systems, and BRB Technologies.
