Christa Heilman currently serves as a Board Member at the Network for Victim Recovery of DC since February 2024. With extensive experience at Blue Cross and Blue Shield of Illinois, Montana, New Mexico, Oklahoma & Texas since May 2017, Christa has held various leadership roles, including Director of National Accounts Sales Strategy and Manager of National Go to Market Planning and Delivery. Previous positions include Strategy Consultant at The Advisory Board Company and multiple research assistant roles at the University of Illinois at Chicago. Christa's early career includes serving as a Campus Health and Safety Consultant and Hospital Advocate at NVRDC, as well as other roles in education and arts. Christa holds a Master of Public Health in Community Health Sciences from the University of Illinois Chicago and a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and Public Relations & Advertising from Loyola University Chicago.
