Kent Rasmussen is an experienced professional in customer operations and account management, currently serving as the Director of Customer Operations at NetWolves since April 2009. In this role, Kent leads the Technical Support, Customer Service, and Service Management teams, focusing on supporting network and healthcare application customers. Prior to this position, Kent held various leadership roles at NetWolves, including Director of Service Management, Director of Service Assurance, and Director of Service Delivery, contributing to exceptional customer experiences and managed services. Kent's earlier experience includes significant sales and account management roles at Qwest Communications and SBC, where substantial revenue generation was achieved. Kent holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Science and History from the University of Minnesota.
