Don is an experienced Chief Information Officer (CIO), cyber-security professional, and computer forensic specialist. He has led staff to support highly complex government and commercial information technology environments, and the implementation of cutting-edge big data, link analysis, entity resolution, computer forensics, and cyber security programs. As a key member of the cyber-security community, he has also directed some of the most sensitive and highly classified investigative and security engagements across diverse military, government, and corporate environments. Don has a long history in cyber-security, working as a US Marshal, serving as a member of the United Secret Service Electronic Crimes Task Force, and as a computer is forensic and high-tech crime investigator, Diplomatic Security, in the State Department. He has managed cyber security programs at the Department of Energy, Department of Homeland Security, and defense and pharmaceutical companies. Don served as the Deputy Director, Recovery Accountability and Transparency Board.
Don holds a Master of Business Administration, a Master of Management of Information Technology, Commercial and Government Graduate CIO Certification, and numerous computer forensic and technology industry-related certifications.
