Zach Tullis is an experienced professional currently serving as the Senior Director and Head of North America Solution Consulting for the Account Management Organization at NetSuite since July 2015. In this role, Zach leads a team focused on enhancing customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption of NetSuite solutions. Prior to this position, Zach held various roles at NetSuite, including Senior Manager and Senior Solution Consultant, where responsibilities included providing presales support, conducting customer discovery sessions, and driving recurring revenue opportunities. Earlier experience includes a Solution Consultant role at Ariba, an SAP Company, and a Solution Engineer position at SAP, where Zach developed demonstrations and supported the procurement line of business. Additionally, internships at Target and Sunoco Logistics provided foundational leadership and analytical skills. Zach holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration and Management from Penn State University.
