Deb Gibson possesses extensive experience in organizational leadership and program management within the tech and education sectors. Currently serving as Chief of Staff and Program Director for NetSuite Trust Services at NetSuite since April 2021, Deb has previously held senior management roles at Oracle from January 2000 to April 2021, focusing on Learning and Development for SaaS Engineering, Global Program Management, and client support services. Earlier career positions include roles at AFSA Data Corp, General Revenue Corporation, and Vanguard University, where Deb managed student lending and founded the California College University Loan Administrators Association. Deb holds a degree from Vanguard University of Southern California, completed between 1987 and 1991.
