Peter Austin began their work experience in 2007 as a Marketing Assistant at Esselte, where they performed various marketing duties. Peter was later promoted to Assistant Product Manager and took on additional responsibilities. In 2009, they joined Actron Engineering Pty Ltd as a Marketing Coordinator and Assistant Product Manager, with category responsibility for the Samsung brand. Peter then moved to Samsung in 2011 as a Product Manager, overseeing all aspects of the System Air Conditioning category. In 2014, Peter joined JAI Products as the National Sales & Marketing Manager, a position they held until 2023. Currently, they are working as a Senior Sales Executive at Netstock.

Peter Austin attended the Australian Catholic University from an unknown start year to 2005, where they obtained a Bachelor of Business degree with a specialization in Marketing. Prior to that, they completed their Higher School Certificate at Manly Selective Campus, although no specific dates were provided.
