Saurabh Kumar Srivastava is an experienced human resources leader with a robust background in organizational development and people management across various industries. Currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Netsmartz, Saurabh oversees global People & Culture initiatives. Previously, Saurabh held the position of Head of Human Resources at Stellar Information Technology Pvt. Ltd., managing HR for a prominent data care company with a significant workforce. Prior experience includes roles as General Manager - HR at IDS Infotech Ltd., and Consultant in Human Capital Management at Wipro Consulting Services, among others. Saurabh holds an MBA in Hospitality Administration & Human Resource from Devi Ahilya Vishwavidyalaya, a Postgraduate Diploma in Human Resource Management from Sikkim Manipal Institute of Technology, and has pursued ongoing education in the field.
