Rijwana Quazi is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across technology companies. Currently serving as the Global Senior Director of HR at Netskope since February 2021, Rijwana leads the HR function for a prominent R&D organization. Previously, Rijwana held various senior HR positions at Proofpoint from December 2014 to February 2021, where significant contributions were made to the company's growth from 800 to 3,600 employees and $250 million to $1 billion in revenue. Rijwana's career also includes impactful roles at Cisco from 2000 to 2014, focusing on global HR partnerships in marketing, finance, and R&D, alongside early career experience in talent acquisition at KLA-Tencor. Rijwana holds an MBA with honors from San Jose State University and a BSc in Marketing from Mississippi State University.
