Shweta Vats has a diverse work experience starting from 2010. Shweta worked as an Internship Trainee at Max Healthcare from August 2010 to February 2011. Shweta then interned as an Internship Trainee at The Energy and Resources Institute from January 2013 to May 2013. Following that, they worked as an Asst. Product manager at Excella lifesciences from November 2013 to January 2015. Shweta then joined Agastya technologies Pte.Ltd. as an Operations Executive from March 2016 to August 2019. After that, they worked as a Project & Operations Support at PCCW Solutions Limited starting from March 2020. Currently, they are working at NETS as a Project support in the Delivery & Support group starting from April 2022.

Shweta Vats completed their Master's Degree in Applied Microbiology and Biotechnology from Banasthali Vidyapith from 2011 to 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor's Degree in Medical Microbiology and Bacteriology from Hemwati Nandan Bahuguna Garhwal University, where they studied from 2007 to 2010. Shweta completed their high school education at Green Fields School from 2004 to 2006. Additionally, they also attended Gyan Bharati School for high school, although the exact duration is unknown.
