Pavithra Andrews currently serves as the Associate Director of Talent Management and Learning - Global at Netradyne since January 2023. Prior experience includes a role as Senior Manager - People at Saks Fifth Avenue India from June 2019 to January 2023, with responsibilities as a Learning and Development Manager overseeing all key learning initiatives for India. Additionally, Pavithra worked as a Sr. Learning and Development Consultant at Lowe's Companies, Inc. from August 2017 to June 2019 and as a Training Consultant at Northern Trust Corporation from December 2008 to August 2017. Pavithra holds a Bachelor of Commerce degree from Bangalore University and an Executive MBA in Workforce Development and Training from the National Institute of Business Management.
