Dmitry Kuzmenko has a diverse work experience, spanning over several companies. Dmitry started their career at Primtelefone in 1995 as a Sr Switch Engineer/Data Translations. In this role, they worked on various technical projects and handled call completion issues. Dmitry then joined Rogers Communications in 2003, where they held multiple roles. As a Data Translations Engineer, they resolved technical problems related to call completion and worked on projects such as designing and integrating new GSM MSCs and optimizing routing for existing MSCs. Later, as a Senior Data Translations Engineer, they provided technical support, reviewed vendor designs, and validated new features for Voice and Data services. In 2015, they were promoted to Senior Network Engineer at Rogers Communications, where they produced engineering design documents and provided recommendations for EPC, LTE, IMS, and other core network nodes. Dmitry ensured the highest service quality, supported project teams, and presented risk and impact assessments to senior leadership. Dmitry also facilitated TAB and CAB operations, highlighting risks and recommendations for complex network changes. Finally, Dmitry joined NetNumber in 2019 as a Solution Design Engineer. In this role, they produce solution design documents, introduces design changes as per customer requests, and contributes to brainstorming sessions. Dmitry closely collaborates with software engineering and testing teams and reviews other engineers' design documents to ensure quality and consistency.
Dmitry Kuzmenko earned a Bachelor's degree in Radio and Electronics from Maritime State University named after Admiral G.I. Nevelsky (MSU) during the period from 1992 to 1995.
