Claes Fälth is a consultant at Netlight since April 2024. Prior to this role, Claes served as a research engineer at RaySearch Laboratories from January 2021 to April 2024, where involvement in the physics group included developing algorithms for radiotherapy treatment planning. Claes has academic experience as a teacher of an introductory computer course at Uppsala University, where instruction focused on tools such as Excel, Matlab, and LaTeX, and served as a teaching assistant in programming courses using Java. A research internship at Uppsala University's Department of Mathematics involved data analysis of the Swedish Twitter landscape surrounding the 2018 general election. Previous roles include an incoming quality controller position at ABB and a sales role at OKQ8. Claes has pursued education at Uppsala University and the University of Gävle.
