Cecilia Belesaca is a seasoned Software Engineer with extensive experience in project analysis, software development, and application maintenance. Currently employed at Netlife Ecuador since April 2018, Cecilia specializes in PHP and Java, along with development testing and production implementation. Prior to this role, experience includes software development at the Ministerio del Poder Popular para Relaciones Exteriores, where Cecilia also focused on PHP and CodeIgniter, and a position as IS and COB Analyst at Citi, emphasizing information security and documentation control. Additional experience includes IT auditing at PwC Venezuela and a background in collections management at Venezolano de Crédito. Cecilia holds a degree in Computation with a focus on web development, database management, and information security from Universidad Nueva Esparta.
