Szymon Kulec is a seasoned Staff Engineer at Nethermind, where responsibilities include leading R&D for Paprika, optimizing components, and enhancing observability processes. In addition, Szymon leads the Voyager block explorer team, overseeing its initial development and AWS migration while optimizing high-traffic storage solutions. As a Co-founder and Board Member at Dotnetos, Szymon focuses on long-term vision, financial planning, and product delivery. Previous experience includes software engineering roles at Hazelcast, Particular Software, MoneyGram International, and consulting at Accenture, with significant contributions to major projects in the banking sector. Szymon holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from Warsaw University of Technology.
