Xavier Süess has worked in various roles since 2018. In 2021, they began working as a Business Analyst at Netguardians. In 2020, they were a Testeur at BCV - Banque Cantonale Vaudoise, where they were a consultant to test and improve the new TradeDirect platform of the website and application from March to December. In 2019, they completed a Stage Universitaire at Pictet Group, where they filled out documents for private equity subscriptions, sorted emails, and worked on more complex projects. In 2018, they were an Analyste de Marché at MIRoboticsCH, where they listed and contacted the largest actors in India and conducted a SWOT analysis of the Indian aquaculture market. Xavier also worked as an Enseignant Répétiteur at AppApp, where they provided two hours of weekly assistance to a group of 3-4 students in their courses of accounting and economics, and occasionally in mathematics. Xavier also shared their interest in economics and explained with concrete examples the importance of the exercises in society.

Xavier Süess obtained a Bachelor's degree in Management from HEC Lausanne - The Faculty of Business and Economics of the University of Lausanne between 2014 and 2017. Xavier then went on to obtain a Master's degree in Finance, général from the same institution between 2017 and 2019. In 2020, Xavier obtained a certification in Renewable Energy and Green Building Entrepreneurship from Duke University | Coursera.
