Dedia Ekofo is a Senior Professional Services Consultant at NetGuardians, having joined the company in August 2017. Responsibilities include solutions deployment at customer sites, project requirements documentation, training customers and partners, and providing technical support during pre-sales stages. Prior to NetGuardians, Dedia worked as an Information Technology Security Specialist at ICTWorx, focusing on network defense and incident response, and as a Network and Security Engineer at T-Voli Africa, managing network infrastructure and IBM solution deployments. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Network and Communications Systems from the University of Easter Africa, Baraton, various certifications from Strathmore University, and ongoing studies for a Master’s Degree in Cybersecurity and Information Assurance at Walden University.
