Randy Claussenius is an experienced hardware development manager with a robust background in designing networking products for various markets, including small and medium-sized businesses and enterprise sectors. Currently serving as a Senior Hardware Development Manager at NETGEAR since 2018, Randy focuses on OEM/ODM relationships for product development. Previously, Randy held positions at Avaya, where responsibilities included developing hardware products for Unified Communications, Contact Centers, and Software Defined Networking. Additional experience includes consulting at TaraCom Integrated Products and leading hardware teams at Nortel Networks on modular Ethernet switching platforms. Randy's educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Science in Computer Science with an emphasis on Hardware/Physics from California State University - East Bay and an Associate degree in Electronic Engineering Technology from Heald College of Engineering.
