Vinodhan Nair is a seasoned project manager with extensive experience in content and operations management. Currently serving as a Scaled Launch Operations Project Manager at Netflix since October 2022, Vinodhan previously held various leadership roles at Booking.com from October 2015 to October 2022, including Team Lead for Translations & Content Agency, where management of content teams across APAC regions was a key responsibility. Additionally, Vinodhan was involved in change management as a Change and Implementation Specialist and managed partner content for the Indian subcontinent. Prior to Booking.com, Vinodhan worked at Packt Publishing from August 2009 to October 2015, progressing through roles including Senior Manager and Development Team Leader. Vinodhan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Technology from Bhavans College and has developed strong skills in project management, team building, and process development throughout a diverse career.
