Rynae Lewis is an experienced program manager at Netflix, overseeing employer branding and outreach initiatives to enhance access for underrepresented creative talent since April 2021. Prior to this role, Rynae spent over five years at Disney Television Animation in artist management and production management, acting as a business partner to producers while advocating for approximately 400 artists and staff. Rynae's career also includes roles in talent acquisition at The Walt Disney Studios and The Walt Disney Company, as well as human resources at Activision Blizzard. Rynae developed recruitment strategies at Aerotek and ACT-1 Personnel Services, and held administrative roles early in a career that began with community outreach work in 2003. Rynae holds a degree from Cal State University, Northridge.
