Previously, Ray held multiple senior engineering roles at Google, culminating in the position of Senior Director of Engineering for Global Accounting & Financial Systems, where successful implementations included SAP S/4Hana Treasury Management. Ray's diverse experience also encompasses leading initiatives in sales enablement, business intelligence, and financial planning across different regions. Early career roles at Tesco involved data engineering and analytics, and Ray is a graduate of the University of South Wales with a BSc(Hons) in Business Information Management and a member of the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).
