Pranav Bhargava is an accomplished engineering leader with extensive experience in software development and team management. Currently holding the position of Engineering Leader at Netflix since October 2020, Pranav previously served as Director of Engineering at Jobvite from April 2013 to October 2020, where responsibilities included developing and architecting Jobvite's SaaS applications and leading teams across multiple countries. Prior to Jobvite, Pranav worked at Cisco Systems in various engineering roles, contributing to technologies such as the Cisco Videoscape and mobile video optimization. Pranav holds a Master’s degree in Computer Science from the University of Minnesota and a Bachelor's degree in Telecommunications from Visvesvaraya Technological University.
