Jenni Wright is an accomplished HR leader with extensive experience in talent management across multiple industries. Currently serving as the HR Leader for Talent Management, Product & Technology at Netflix since June 2019, Jenni has a deep passion for the company's content and culture. Previously, Jenni was an HR Leader at Amazon Web Services, where responsibilities included global HR strategy for cloud computing engineering teams amid significant growth. At Riot Games, Jenni acted as an HR Business Partner for Esports and Merchandise, introducing the HR Business Partner model during a period of rapid transformation. Jenni's earlier roles included HR leadership positions at RAND Corporation, Stanley Black & Decker, and Raytheon, with a strong focus on talent development and organizational effectiveness.
