Charlotte Liu is an experienced executive with a diverse background in leadership and management across various sectors. Currently serving as a Moderator for the Leadership Program at Netflix, Charlotte has facilitated over 30 leadership seminars aimed at enhancing business acumen and cultural agility for approximately 700 executives amid global expansion. Previously, as Chief Commercial Officer at Springer Nature Group, Charlotte managed a €1.2 billion revenue budget and oversaw global institutional negotiations. Charlotte also held the position of Global Managing Director for the Asian and World Art division at Christie's, where revenue doubled due to increased Asian buyer contributions. Charlotte's experience extends back to pivotal roles at Springer Nature, McGraw-Hill Companies, Queen's University, and Boston Consulting Group, combined with an MBA from The Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth and a BA from Fudan University.
