Babak Andishmand is a seasoned leader in managing high performance teams with nearly 10 years of experience at various Film, Media and Technology companies and Organizations in Amsterdam and New York City.

At Netflix, he leads the EMEA based support teams who focus on the various proprietary software applications which are used over the course of the production and post production workflows in making Netflix’ content.

Prior to his role at Netflix, he was responsible for managing a large team of production managers at a non-profit film foundation in New York and worked at various non-profit organizations to boost digital growth and scaleability.
