Alex Klapper is a seasoned program manager and talent intelligence partner at Netflix, responsible for supporting global tech and content teams by converting data into strategic operational plans that address the needs of Talent Acquisition and the overall business. Previously, Alex served as a senior associate at EY-Parthenon, where contributions included developing long-term growth strategies and implementing global training programs, as well as working as an associate at Booz Allen Hamilton, where notable achievements included being a finalist in the 2017 Summer Games Competition. Alex holds a degree from Brown University.
