Quan Tran is an experienced Human Resources professional currently serving as the Head of Human Resources at Netcompany since May 2022. Prior to this role, Quan held various positions including Talent Acquisition Manager at DXC Technology, overseeing recruitment strategies for DXC Vietnam and leading talent acquisition efforts across Asia from November 2017 to July 2021. Additional experience includes Deputy Recruitment & Training Director at MOCAP Viet Nam Joint Stock Company and Recruitment Manager at 40HRS. Quan's career commenced as an Account Manager in the IT Team at HR2B/Talent Recruitment JSC, with prior roles in business development and technical support. Quan holds a Bachelor's Degree in Management Information Systems from the University of London and a Diploma in Economics from The London School of Economics and Political Science.
